Privacy Policy
Last updated: 13 October 2026 · Versión en español
This policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit this website or buy The Etsy Tarot Blueprint, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it.
The site is operated by FAME Software Limited, a company registered in England and Wales ("we", "us"). You can reach us any time at hello@etsytarot.com.
What we collect
- Purchase data. When you buy, your name, email address and payment details are collected and processed by Stripe, our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number — Stripe passes us only your email address and the fact that the order succeeded, so that we can deliver the file and answer support requests.
- Usage data. Standard technical information such as your approximate location (country/city level), device type, browser, referring source and which pages you viewed.
- Advertising data. If you arrive from an ad, the Meta Pixel and/or TikTok Pixel record that visit and whether it ended in a purchase, so that we can measure whether our advertising is working.
We do not ask for, and do not want, any sensitive personal information — no health data, no government identifiers, and nothing about your beliefs.
Why we use it
- To deliver the product you paid for and provide support (contractual necessity).
- To measure and improve our advertising and the website (legitimate interest, or consent where required by law).
- To meet tax, accounting and consumer-protection obligations (legal obligation).
Cookies and tracking
The site itself sets no marketing cookies of its own. If advertising pixels are enabled, Meta and TikTok may set cookies in your browser to attribute a purchase to an ad. You can block these through your browser settings, through your device's ad-tracking controls, or by using the opt-out tools offered by Meta and TikTok.
Visit statistics come from Vercel Web Analytics, which counts page views, referring websites and countries without cookies and without identifying you personally.
We also store a small amount of data in your browser's local storage — your language choice, the website or campaign that first brought you here (a domain name only, passed to Stripe with your order so we know which channels work), and a marker preventing a page refresh from counting a purchase twice. This never leaves your device.
Who we share it with
Only with the service providers we need to run the business:
- Stripe — payment processing and receipts.
- Vercel — website hosting and server logs.
- Meta and TikTok — advertising measurement, where enabled.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
International transfers
The providers above are largely based in the United States, so your data may be processed outside your own country. Each of them relies on standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard for those transfers.
How long we keep it
Order and invoice records are kept for as long as tax law requires (typically up to 10 years). Support emails are kept for 2 years. Analytics and advertising data are retained according to the platforms' own schedules, generally no more than 24 months.
Your rights
Depending on where you live — including under the GDPR in the EU/UK, the KVKK in Türkiye, and the CCPA in California — you have the right to request a copy of your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how we process it, and to complain to your national data protection authority. To exercise any of these, email hello@etsytarot.com. We reply within 30 days.
As we are established in the United Kingdom, our lead supervisory authority is the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), and you may lodge a complaint with them at ico.org.uk.
Children
This site and product are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of the page. Material changes will be announced on the homepage.
