Terms of Service

These terms form the agreement between you and FAME Software Limited, a company registered in England and Wales ("we", "us"), when you buy or use The Etsy Tarot Blueprint ("the Product"). By completing a purchase you accept them.

1. What you are buying

The Product is a digital guide delivered as a PDF file. It is educational material about listing, pricing and marketing digital products on Etsy. It is not a service, a coaching programme, or software, and it does not include any personal consultation unless we agree that separately in writing.

2. Delivery

Payment is processed by Stripe. Immediately after a successful payment you are redirected to a download page carrying the PDF, and Stripe emails you a receipt for the order. If the download does not work, email us and we will send the file manually.

3. Licence and permitted use

You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to read and use the Product for your own business. You may not resell it, republish it, share it publicly, distribute copies, or use its contents to create a competing product for sale. The copyright remains ours.

4. Refunds and right of withdrawal

Because the Product is digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final once the file has been downloaded or the download link has been opened. Where consumer law grants you a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days, you expressly agree that delivery begins immediately on purchase and you acknowledge that you lose that right of withdrawal once the download starts.

This does not affect your rights if something goes wrong on our side: if the file will not download, is corrupted, or is materially not what this page described, contact us within 14 days and we will fix it or refund you in full.

5. No income guarantee

This is the most important clause on this page, so it is written plainly. The Product describes methods that have worked for real Etsy shops, including our own. It is not a promise that you will earn any particular amount, or anything at all. Any figures, dashboards or screenshots shown on this website are illustrative examples of what specific sellers achieved at a specific time — they are not typical, not projected, and not guaranteed. What you earn depends on your niche, your pricing, the quality of your work, how consistently you apply the material, Etsy's own policies and algorithm changes, and general market conditions. All of these are outside our control.

6. Not professional advice

The Product does not constitute legal, tax, financial or business advice. You are responsible for registering your business correctly, declaring your income, and complying with Etsy's seller policies and the laws of your own country. If you are unsure, consult a qualified professional.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with the Product is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for lost profits, lost sales, shop suspensions, or any indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

8. Third-party platforms

Etsy is an independent company. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of Etsy, Inc. Etsy's rules, fees and search algorithm may change at any time, and such changes may make parts of the Product less effective. We publish updates when that happens, but we cannot guarantee any particular outcome on a platform we do not control.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time of your purchase, and we keep the "last updated" date above current.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you keep the benefit of any mandatory protections available to you under the law of your own country of residence.
